“Don’t Just…”

Feel like a quote?

“That was cute, did ya learn it from your sister?”-Handsome Rob

“You ain’t the only dog can run rabbits!”-Old guy at a house I washed

“That gay pink’ll keep’em away.”- Worker who painted his tools

People say some awesome stuff. I mean it won’t always be as practical out of context, but yea, it’s repeatable.

It’s not really surprising that people think I’m serious at first. From when I was young I’ve had a very scornful look on my face. Slowly I’ve managed to change it from being mean to serious I guess. Perhaps I still look mean and people just say “serious” to be nice. Either way, it’s a problem. I often try to walk around with a huge retarded looking grin on my face to compensate for the “serious” look that naturally falls there. I have to work harder at it.

NEVER ask me what I’m thinking, I HATE it! please? Ahem, sorry.

You know what? Never mind.

I found a Moleskine address book in my trunk today. I guess I wasn’t using it much.

Do you remember what you were wearing the last time you saw me? I do. What about the way that guy kept glancing over his shoulder every third or fourth sentence? Or how his friend had a bad right leg? Don’t ask me how I do, I just do. I thought everyone else did too.

My way isn’t better, it’s just different. Or is it better since I feel better about it? Huh? Yea, hard question I know. Totally stumped you on that one. BOOYA!

Although I make no claim to be the only dog capable of running rabbits, I wish to make you fully aware that you are not the only dog that is capable of barking.

Schedules rock. If they are reasonable. It’s amazing how far in advance stuff can be planed and accomplished with schedules. Granted, I follow few such schedules, or at least few that I initiate.

I’ve been using this thing called Basecamp. It’s cool. A web based project organizer. Multiple users, or just one. A whole team can work out of it and set milestones, to-do lists and the like. Kind of nerdy but nice since it’s hard to remember everything new in the project.

I think clothes and food are two of the best things to get as gifts.

Powerbook’s are way expensive. Sheesh…

Haven’t gone swing dancing at all lately. I miss it. Hard to believe.
