People Are Fragile Things

Sometimes when I’m doing research on something really important, I start walking around my house talking out loud to myself. I have full fledged debates on the subject at hand. My mind races and races as I reason out and build on whatever I read. I know that sounds insane. But finding the truth and being convinced of that, is worth the appearance of insanity. It amazes me how far apart two events or circumstances may seem, though there may have been environmental factors that compounded an attitude or disposition, the future event is traceable back to one isolated trigger. One spark that was not stomped out. It is such a human tendancy to claim that even though something is smoldering, it’s not actually burning. When your house is burnt to the ground and smoldering, I guess your right, everything is fine, it’s not burning. That sounds so sassy, but man just put out the stinking smoldering spark. Kill it. The reason people die today is because someone refused to kill off what was questionable.

… so be careful what you put them through.

I’m still trying to figure out the last 3/4 of your post. I could invent a number of meanings, but that just wont do.

I agree with you… and the Editors though:

People are fragile things, you should know by now
Be careful what you put them through
